Will the flowers look exactly the same as the photos on this site?
Flower arrangements are handmade, and as such no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fill your orders as closely as possible to the photos from which you are ordering from. In some cases, a city or region may not have some items in stock that we are advertising in our web site, in which case careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made. This is a standard practice used by florists worldwide. We will always strive to maintain the value and integrity of the item chosen. Note that when an item description specifies the number of stems of roses, these will never be substituted with other flowers. When you order roses, the recipient will always receive roses. When you order 12 roses the order will always contain 12 roses...

Same day delivery to Italy is possible?
Yes possible! Same day delivery to Italy is also possible weekdays if the order is received prior to 11:00 am (Italy local time). Otherwise, same day delivery will be not guaranteed.

When will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers will arrive on the delivery date chosen.
- Next day delivery is generally available throughout many European Countries (except for Holidays and weekends) when an order is placed
online prior to 9 am (Italy local time).
- Same day delivery is also possible weekdays in ITALY and same European City if the order is received prior to 9 am (Italy local time)
- For former RUSSIAN countries, 48 hours minimum is required.
- Sympathy orders always receive priority status.

Can I make order anonymously?
Sure! Fioraionline guarantees the privacy of its customers. The recipient will receive just the Message that you will eventually be inserted in the space provided on the order form online. If the ticket of the floral accompaniment is not signed, the sender remains completely anonymous and can not be part of the recipient or the florist performer traced back to the same.

How can I make a personalized gift?
For flowers, baskets and desserts you can indicate preferences in the order form or by email info@fioraionline.it always remembering that you can not guarantee the availability of flowers, plants and fruits out of season.

It is possible to insert a card message?
Sure. The procedure of sending the order included the drawing of an optional ticket which is delivered with floral tribute. The ticket can be anonymous.

It is possible to deliver a floral gift on Sundays?
Yes, it is possible to deliver a floral gift on Sunday mornings. Any details can be arranged by contacting us directly at info@fioraionline.it.

I can choose a specific time for delivery?
Delivery at a particular time can be agreed by writing to info@fioraionline.it.
The delivery time is guaranteed only for funerals. In these cases, the customer is asked to indicate on the order form, or via email, the exact time of delivery.

If the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
The florist will try to contact the recipient by phone. If the florist is unable to contact the recipient, we will communicate the impossibility of delivery and we will inform the customer ordering by phone or e-mail.

It is possible change the order?
Yes! To modify an order you need to contact us at (+39) 334 330 1909, taking to hand the order reference number, or send an email request to: info@fioraionline.it.
NOTE: the order can only be changed if it has not been processed.

You can cancel an order already made?
It is only possible if the order has not yet been processed and if delivery is not in progress. If, for serious reasons, it intends to cancel an order already made, you must send a request by email to info@fioraionline.it. The cancellation of an order already made does not give right to a refund of the order.

How do I know if the delivery was done?
Fioraionline guarantees delivery of every order on the date requested during normal opening hours of our florists. If for any reason it was not possible to proceed with the execution of the order, the customer will be contacted immediately. For any complaints or inquiries you can send an email to info@fioraionline.it indicating the number of order of reference.
