By placing an order on Fioraionline the Customer declares to have read and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.

Delivery is always included in the price of your flower arrangement. There are NO additional delivery costs.*

In Italy, we are able to provide same-day delivery when your order is placed online by 11 am Italian time.

In most countries worldwide we can deliver your flowers next business day when the order is received.
While we process orders seven days per week, 363 days per year, it is not always possible to deliver on weekends or holidays. When in doubt about our ability to deliver on the day you require, please contact us directly.

TERMS OF PURCHASE, SALE AND DELIVERY
In accordance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 provides the rules of commerce, Fioraionline informs you that:
When you order online you will receive an online summary-receipt which is your proof of order. When we have completed our order processing, you will receive a personal e-mail reply, which is your proof that we have processed your order for delivery. In greater than 99% of all cases, this personal e-mail response (indicating successful delivery processing) leads to successful delivery of your important gift of flowers.
Occasionally, various factors may prevent a timely delivery from occurring after this personal response is sent to you. These may include: incomplete recipient address information; recipient is not at the delivery address to receive flowers, or other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend filling out the recipient portion of our secure online order form fully and as accurately as possible to ensure timely delivery is made.
Delivery Status Inquiries
The best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to e-mail us quoting your order number and recipient name, on the next business day after scheduled delivery. We will launch an investigation into the delivery status of your order, and will reply to your inquiry typically within just a few hours.
If you have any concerns regarding the delivery status of an order and require immediate feedback, please contact us by phone on the first business day after scheduled delivery.
We cannot guarantee AM or PM delivery times, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests whenever possible. In many cases, we are limited simply by variations in time zones and the amount of available time needed to fill an order as quickly as possible to your satisfaction and our quality standards. During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower-giving times during the year.
Flower arrangements are handmade, and as such no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fill your orders as closely as possible to the photos from which you are ordering from. In some cases, a city or region may not have some items in stock that we are advertising in our web site, in which case careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made. This is a standard practice used by florists worldwide. We will always strive to maintain the value and integrity of the item chosen. Note that when an item description specifies the number of stems of roses, these will never be substituted with other flowers. When you order roses, the recipient will always receive roses. When you order 12 roses the order will always contain 12 roses...
Baskets and sweets can vary by season availability of ingredients and/or products, by local traditions, by patissier creativity and customization requested by the Client.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article. 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale must relate to products tailored or personalized or which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Consequently, the right of withdrawal is not in any case provided for the purchase of flowers, for gourmet basket with food, for sweets packed in specific request of customization by the ordering customer.

HOLIDAYS AND NON-DELIVERY
In case of major holidays (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Woman's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery may be made during the working day or it could be extended to the next business day in case of occurrence objective conditions of impediment.
If the non-delivery of the products does not depend Fioraionline or florist executor (name and address is incorrect or incomplete, the failure to reach the recipient's phone off or unreachable), the customer (sender) will not return any amount already paid and the order will be considered regularly processed. Remain also prepaid expenses possibly arising from the non-delivery, including the cost of the floral gift.
Will be considered regularly done all the deliveries that the recipient will not accept for any reason.
For deliveries to be made on board ships, in hotels, apartments, resorts, nursing homes, churches, schools, businesses, restaurants, private clubs, public places of entertainment and generally places where it is not allowed to deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, the delivery shall be deemed duly completed with the signing of the receipt by the same staff. Not guaranteed deliveries in airports and camping.
Any disputes about how to make the order or quality of floral gift or other our product received must be made no later than 24 hours after the delivery. To prove the inadequacy of real flowers in question, must be sent a photo to the address info@fioraionline.it.

*In very rare cases it is possible that a delivery request has been made to an extremely remote area. In these cases we will do our best to arrange for a special delivery service. If delivery can be made, an additional fee may be incurred. This decision will always be yours, and the total cost of your order will always be made known to you prior to processing your order.
